St. Ann Place Outreach Center began in 2003 by the School Sisters of Notre Dame. St. Ann Place Outreach Center was envisioned by Fr. Seamus Murtagh, Sr. Carleen Ceekal, and Sr. Oliver Hudon and founded by their shared mission to care for the homeless through compassionate actions that ease suffering and maintain dignity. St. Ann Place Outreach Center resource center is a daytime outreach program for the homeless women and men of Palm Beach County. Our mission is to live out Gospel values by providing a comfortable, clean, safe place where clients receive essential services in a dignified and respectful manner regardless of race, religion, or gender. We are part of the community wide answers to the homelessness challenges facing individuals and families in our community.
