Hygiene Program
Our hygiene program is one of the cornerstone programs on which the Outreach Center was founded. Today we provide showers, laundry, and clothing through this program.
Food Program
St. Ann Place Outreach Center operates a food program five days per week. Our food program is our second core program on which the Outreach Center was founded.
Healthcare District Clinic
We offer on-site medical care at the St. Ann Clinic in partnership with the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. Respite care is provided for outpatient procedures as necessary.
Document Support
Assist clients in obtaining necessary documents required to receive supportive services or benefits.
Food Assistance Partner (SNAP)
Dedicated resource to help clients apply for food assistance.
Agency Referrals
The Center works with various agencies throughout the community to connect clients with resources.
Food Pantry
Available for low income families to come and receive food.

The mission of St. Ann Place Outreach Center is to witness Gospel values by providing a comfortable, clean, safe place where clients receive services in a dignified manner regardless of race, religion, or gender.
Our Impact

We deliver basic human services while helping clients establish a road map within their unique circumstances that may lead to rapid rehousing, temporary shelter, permanent housing, or relocation. Our food and hygiene programs “put the floor back under the feet” of our clients and helps alleviate the disorientation of facing homelessness.
