John C. Pescosolido
Chief Executive Officer
Oversees the entire St. Ann Place outreach center. He ensures the organization carries out the mission through setting the strategic direction. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships that further the impact and reach of the organization in the community. He is responsible for fundraising and development operations. John started his ministry work by delivering food weekly to the sick and shut-ins around the West Palm Beach area; a number of clients served at SAP were former beneficiaries of his previous ministry work. John is also a hands-on leader that can and does jump into all areas of the organization to help from checking-in clients, to preparing food, to laundry distribution to operating the showers. John has been serving St. Ann Place Outreach Center for 14 years. John holds a bachelor’s degree in health care administration. He has worked for a Fortune 500 global IT company in leadership and management roles and as CFO of a local non-profit. John has served on local non-profit boards. He is a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and is a member of the Order of Malta, Southeast Florida.
Kate Devine
Chief Operating Officer
Manages the Feeding and Hygiene programs, program development, and community outreach. Kate is a familiar face to many in our Catholic and homeless communities. She has worked at St. Paul of the Cross Parish for the past 12 years, serving as both the Director of Religious Education and Facilities Manager. Kate also managed the church’s commercial kitchen and catering events in their three parish halls. Additionally, Kate is the Diocesan and District President of St. Vincent de Paul, Palm Beach County, overseeing the organization, managing “friends in need” through their social work platform, making home visits, and providing rent and utility support. She is also co-founder of Shower to the People d.b.a Dare 2 Care, a mobile shower and laundry ministry to the homeless that includes mobile showers and laundry trailers that travel throughout South Florida. Kate is a member of Saint Paul of the Cross where she teaches women’s Bible studies and runs their parish conference of Saint Vincent de Paul.
Becky Glass, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
In her role at St. Ann Place Outreach Center, Becky's main function is implementation and managing the finance activities of St Ann Place. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University, is a member of the AICPA as well as a Certified Public Accountant. She has 18 years of experience as a CPA .
Stephanie Carden, Esq.
Director of Client Services
Attorney at SAPOC since 2021, providing legal advocacy in various areas and assistance with identity documents for clients. Graduated from the University of Miami Law School and became a practicing attorney in 1991, starting as an Assistant Public Defender and later a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society before joining St Ann Place Outreach Center. Career guided by a commitment to serving others.
Amanda is responsible for coordinating and operating the laundry services within the hygiene program. Amanda ensures the operation of six commercial grade washers and dryers five days per week during operating hours. She provides laundering and folding services for clients. She maintains the workflow and manages all the client laundry intake and pickup. She maintains the supplies inventory of the hygiene center. Amanda has been serving St. Ann Place Outreach Center for 6 years. Amanda is fluent in Spanish and provides interpretation support to assist Spanish speaking clients.
Anna is responsible for Fundraising and Events. She was born in Italy, but has spent most of her life living abroad. She earned a degree in Accounting and Economics from Technical Institute of Commerce A. Marino in Pescara, IT and has a degree in Business and Administration from the University of Jeddah. She has worked in human resources for 6 years in Iraq and as a Administrative Officer for Salini Inc. in China. Anna has more than 20 years of Fundraising and Development experience. She is also a Dame of Malta, Southeast Florida.
Megan Gary
Director of Finance
In her role at Ann Place Outreach Center, Megan’s main function is to offer support to the St. Ann Place Outreach Administration. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the finances and human resources. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland and also attended the Master’s Degree program in Elementary Education at Florida Atlantic University. A native of Chicago, Megan has been an employee of St. Ann for twenty years and brings extensive knowledge of the West Palm Beach area and small business/not for profit accounting operations. Her goal is to provide business leadership and support for a caring, people driven mission.

Eric Rodrigues
Food Pantry & Facilities Coordinator
Eric Rodrigues main role at St Ann Place is overseeing all day to day operational activities of the facility, by doing budgeting, purchasing, long term planning, inventory keeping, and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize the services offered to the clients. Eric has over five years management experience in businesses and has extensive experience dealing with individuals of altered mental states.
Patricia is responsible for client check-in and working directly with client services to ensure clients connect with needed resources available at the Center. Patricia is responsible for managing the intake of all donated non-food items. This includes managing the receiving area and coordinating distribution of items to the departments. Patricia has been serving St. Ann Place for 13 years. Patricia was a former recipient of St. Ann Place Outreach Center services and defeated homelessness and has overcome many challenges. Patricia often makes a connection with clients because of her experience and helps them navigate their everyday challenges.
Melissa is responsible for managing and directing the food program which includes planning all breakfast and lunch menu items each week, ensuring staple food items are purchased and stocked. Melissa also receives and coordinates all food donations. Melissa supports all areas of the organization including client check-in, food preparation and distribution, requests from clients, client referrals to partner agencies, and fulfilling one-on-one client requests for services. Melissa has been serving St. Ann Place Outreach Center for 6 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Melissa brings over four decades of professional experience working for large financial institutions. Melissa also serves as a finance council member of St. Ann Parish.
